Browse and navigate the Library

The Deck Library is organized into a clear hierarchy, making it easier to browse through available content and find the specific item you need. You can move through the different levels of the Library by opening folders and subfolders until you reach the required content or item.
The Library’s structure
- A Library contains folders.
- Folders can contain subfolders.
- Subfolders contain group.
- Group contain objects or items.
Start by selecting the relevant folder, then open the required subfolder to view the available group. Once you select a group, you can view the objects or items stored within it.
This structure allows you to browse the Library in an organized way and locate the content you need more easily.
Browse and Insert Library Content
Once you find the required object or item, you can use the available options to insert it into your presentation.
Double-clicking an item inserts it directly into your current slide. Or you can also use the three-dot menu (⋮) on an item to access additional options such as Insert, Insert and Adapt, and Insert and Resize, depending on the type of content.
In PowerPoint, Library can contain:
- 1. Shapes, images & text boxes.
- 2. Slides
- 3. Presentations.
In Excel, Library can contain:
- 1. Shapes and images.
- 2. Worksheets.
- 3. Workbooks.
In Word, Library can contain:
- 1. Shapes, images & text boxes.
- 2. Word documents.
Important — The content available in the Library may differ between PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, depending on the type of content stored for each application.
